3- eggs
1-cup sugar
1 1/2- tbsp.vanilla flavoring
1- cup cooked rice
2 1/2- cup evaporated milk
1/4- cup golden raisins ( I never use raisins)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Add rice and raisins slowly, add milk and gradually stir to combine evenly. Pour mixture in baking dish. Put this dish in a baking tin. Fill the baking tin with water so it reaches halfway up the baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir mixture with a fork to prevent a skim to form on top. Reduce heat to 320º and bake for 30 to 40 more minutes or until custard sets.
