l/3 cup oil
1/3 cup dry white wine or water
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
I envelope Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing Mix
2 lb.shrimp, cleaned
2 medium green or red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except shrimp and peppers in large bowl until well blended. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat broiler. Arrange shrimp and peppers on skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink, turning once and brushing with remaining dressing. Discard any unused dressing.
