2.5 ounces Three Olives grape vodka
1 ounce sour mix
Sprite
Dash of grape juice, if desired
3-5 pitted green grapes

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the vodka and sour mix; top with Sprite. Stir gently. Thread the grapes thru a cocktail toothpick and garnish the glass.
