Ingredients: Whole chicken, more fat & flavor, white & dark.... or ( Noodles & Soup) Bag of chicken boobs, less fat & flavor, all white.... or (Chicken Salad) Drums & Thighs, rich flavor, all dark ( Casseroles) Salt to Taste Pepper to Taste 2 tbsp of Garlic 32 oz. of Chicken Broth 4 tbsp. of dry Chicken Base 3 tbsp. of Poultry Seasoning 1/4 Cup of Dried Onions Water to cover contents

Directions:Rinse Chicken thoroughly by hand Put Chicken in a 6-8 quart pan, add all ingredients, add water to cover. Bring to a boil, keep at low boil till done. Approximately 1 hour. De-bone Chicken if necessary, divide into required portions and freeze. Save the broth, you should have approximately 4 cups left. Thin it with an equal amount of water and freeze it with the portions in separate ziploc bags. Use it in your recipes in place of water. |

Notes: You can use this for any recipe that calls for chicken. It cut the cooking time by a half at least. Frozen, cooked chicken does freezer burn as easily. Maybe because it is already prepared and you will use it. If using it for the grill, simply do not cook it till done. It will not flare up or need to burned to be done. The grease is mostly gone.
