2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 cans mixed beans
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans mushrooms
1 green or red pepper chopped
chili powder to taste
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add the rest in a large pot and simmer until it looks good. Serve with green salad and rolls or garlic toast.
