1 package frozen chopped spinach or a bag of chopped fresh spinach
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable or leek soupmix
3 green onions, chopped
1 can waterchestnuts, drained and chopped
1 large round pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze excess moisture from spinach. Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soupmix, water chestnuts and green onion. Mix well. Serve with pumpernickel and mixed fresh vegetables.
