4 cups brown sugar
8 tbsp corn starch
9 cups hot water
cream and butter to taste
rum to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the brown sugar in a heavy saucepan until a bit carmelized. Mix in corn starch. Add hot water. Boil until clear. Add butter and cream until you like the taste. Add rum if you wish , again to your taste.
