2/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 3 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups semi sweet chocolate drops
3 cups pastry flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and cream together. Add egg and vanilla. Then add soda dissolved in hot water. Fold in flour and salt blending all well . Then add chocolate. Drop by small spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 375º
