1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. celery, chopped
3 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 bunch green onions
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp
1 tbsp. Season-All
Louisiana hot sauce to taste
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onions, celery and green pepper until onions are slightly browned. Blend in flour. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp; mix well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in shrimp and simmer until shrimp is heated thoroughly. Serve over steamed rice.
