1 yellow cake mix
3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c oil
1 1/2 c water
2 eggs
filling:
2 tsp very hot water
1/4 tsp salt
7 oz marshmallow crème
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Ganache:
7 oz white chocolate chips
1/2 c heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the cake mix and pudding mix.
Add oil, water and eggs and beat until smooth.
Divide in two 8 or 9" round pans lined with waxed paper or sprayed and floured.
Bake 350* 20 to 25 min.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. Let cool.
filling:
Combine salt and hot water and stir until salt dissolves. Cool
Combine marshmallow crème, shortening, pd. sugar and vanilla in med. bowl and beat well with electric mixer on high until fluffy.
Add salt solution and beat a minute more.
Makes 1 1/2 cup.
Spread on top of bottom layer and place second cake on top.
Top with white choc. ganache
In 1 quart saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat until hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat; stir in white choc until melted.
Cool about 10 minutes.
Pour ganache onto top of cake; spread so it just begins to flow over edge of cake.
Store loosely covered.
