1 pkg (8 oz squares) of semi-sweet chocolate
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1 cup sifted confectioner sugar
Assorted decorations
1/3 cup coconut
¼ cup chocolate or colored decors
Colored sugar crystals
1/3 cup finely chopped almonds or pecan halves

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly, remove from heat.
2. Add sugar, egg, and milk beat until smooth
3. Chill until firm enough handle, about 30 minutes.
4. Shape into ½ balls ovals or large
5. Roll in decorations, pecan halves may be pressed mixture
