Ingredients:  
6 cups blueberries
1 box powdered pectin (1 ¾ oz box)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush berries. Measure 4 cups berries in 6 quart saucepan. Add water if needed to make 6 cups.
2. Add lemon juice and powdered pectin to berries and mix. Hard boil on high stirring occasionally.
3. Add sugar all at once
4. Bring to full rolling boil and boil hard for one minute, stir constantly.
5. Skim off the foam with a metal spoon to prevent fruit from floating.
6. Ladle into hot sterilize glasses or jars and seat
