4 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 clove chopped garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic salt)

Directions:

Brown chops in hot oil.

Then combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan to make a sauce.

Pour mixture over browned chops.

Cover and cook over low heat 60-90 minutes until tender.
