Ingredients:

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
stick butter
cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping;
cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first group of ingredients, and pour into a 1 qt. casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together, and sprinkle on top. (You can add some crushed corn flakes to the topping if you like).

Bake 350F until heated through, about 30 minutes.

Patty O'Donnell and Grandma Rita were Chi Omega Sorority sisters at University of Cincinnati. They were in each other's weddings and even had girl's weekends up until the time Grandma passed away!
