3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
½ stick butter
½ cup milk
1½ tsp. vanilla

Topping;
½ cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
½ stick butter

Directions:

Beat together first group of ingredients, and pour into a 1½ qt. casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together, and sprinkle on top. (You can add some crushed corn flakes to the topping if you like).

Bake 350ºF until heated through, about 30 minutes.
