15 pounds mushrooms, wash and soak in water
2 cups onions, chopped
3 pounds melted butter
5 tablespoons black pepper
5 tablespoons garlic powder
10 tablespoons beef base
2 cups burgundy

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mushrooms and let soak while making sauce. Saute onions in melted butter. Add next three ingredients. Mix well and add burgundy. Cook mushrooms about five minutes. Very large quantity. Can be cut down for family use.
