Ingredients:  
1 1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
Add 2 eggs
1 c hot coffee.
1/2 c. Cocoa
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Peanut Butter Frosting
2 c powdered sugar
1/3 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c milk (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, shortening and 2 eggs.
Combine the cocoa, flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
Alternate adding coffee and dry ingredients.
Mix well and bake in cake pan of your preference.
350 for approximately 30 minutes in 9 x 13" pan. Adjust time for other size pans.

Frosting:
add milk a little at a time until desired consistency
Beat well
Mine was more like a glaze consistency, but you determine what you like.
