Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Red Lettuce (amount as desired)
2 Green Apples-cut into chunks
1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
Sliced Strawberries (fresh, when in season)
Red Onion, sliced (amount as desired)
Cashews (amount as desired)
Craisins (amount as desired)

Dressing:
1 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Put the apple chunks in the mandarin juice to keep them from turning brown, if you're preparing the salad awhile before you're ready to serve it.

Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until well mixed. It's best to refrigerate at least one hour before use. It thickens as it sets. Serve the dressing on the side. The dressing may be use for other types of salads. Pairs well with Spinach. I have bought Poppy Seed dressing and it's yummy on this salad as well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I put the lettuce in a big bowl and the other things in smaller separate bowls and let people build their own salad.
