8 cups shredded cabbage
or 8 cups coleslaw mix
3 - 10 oz cans tomato soup
dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs hamburger
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix raw hamburger, rice, garlic salt and pepper together. Set aside.

Pour 1 1/2 cans of tomato soup on the bottom of a 9X13 deep dish lasagna pan or deep casserole dish. Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne pepper for a little heat. Cover with 4 cups of chopped cabbage or 4 cups packaged coleslaw mix. Layer raw hamburger rice mixture on top. Cover with additional 4 cups cabbage or coleslaw mix. Top with the remaining 1 1/2 cans of tomato soup.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
