2 - 10oz pkg frozen chopped spiinach
6 eggs
2 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add spinach, stuffing (and seasoning packet if separate) grated cheese, butter and salt and pepper. Mix well. form mixture into 1 inch balls. Arrange balls on a baking sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes or till heated through. Serve warm

Make ahead and freeze balls before baking. Place on baking sheet in freezer until frozen and transfer to freezer bag. Store in freezer. To serve, place on baking sheet and bake 350 for 15 min.
