Ingredients:
Ingredients:
DOUGH
1 packet (7g) easy yeast
1 1/2 lbs. (750 g) unbleached flour
1 1/2 c. (450 ml) warm water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sunflower oil

DECORATIONS
1 beaten egg
Sunflower seeds
Poppy seeds
Sesame seeds
Raisins
Other assorted spices and decorations as desired (we like rosemary)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Mix it up -- put the yeast, warm water, flour, salt and oil into a large bowl and mix them together.
Sprinkle the worktop with flour and take the mixture out of the bowl.
Start kneading -- press your fist hard into the dough, then turn the dough and do it again. Knead for 10 minutes. The dough should be stretchy, not sticky.
Cut up the dough -- divide it into smaller pieces, or pull off chunks to play with.
PLAY! Choose a design -- try making faces or shapes, such as turtles, snakes, ducks, etc.
Place shapes on greased cookie sheet. Make sure the shapes are far apart form each other.
Leave them to rise. Cover the dough loosely with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes till it doubles in size.
Brush on the beaten egg and decorate with seeds or raisins
Bake your bread for 10-15 minutes. The smaller pieces will cook faster, so you may need to take them out sooner.
