One Stick of Butter
4 oz. of Olive Oil
Garlic to Taste
1 tbsp. dry beef base or 3 oz. of liquid
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. of Lemon
2 oz. Red Wine
1 tbsp. of Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in a small sauce pan. Heat to simmer. Brush on steaks. Set steaks aside until they are at room temperature. Use remaining mixture as final seasoning just prior to removing steaks from grill.
