3 large eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
½ lb. cheddar cheese (cubed or grated)
4 slices of bread, buttered and cubed
½ tsp salt
1 tsp. mustard
3 oz. chipped dried beef (or 6 strips crispy bacon)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a greased casserole dish.

Refrigerate overnight.

Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

Bake 350°F for 1 hour, 10 min.

You may double or triple this recipe for company. Aunt Dot was Dorothy Kelly, Grandpa Frank's older (and only) sister. She was the queen of entertaining!
