1 1/2 -2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic chopped
1 1/2 cup water
1 small can sliced olives, drained
2 TBSP chili powder
12 taco shells
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
2TBSP flour
2 TBSP vinegar
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In small amount of oil, brown ground beef, onion and garlic: drain and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder. Simmer 10 minutes. Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving with green salad.
