1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp flour
1 cup water
pastry for a double crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, vegetables and seasonings and brown lightly in frying pan. Lower heat and cook about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, mix well and add water. Cook a few minutes. Cool thoroughly. Pour into pastry lined pie plate and cover with top crust. Make slits for steam and bake at 425º for 30 minutes. You can add other vegetables to the meat mixture if you wish.
