für den Teig:

200 g Mehl
100 g Butter
2 Eigelb
1 TL Backpulver (gestrichen)
3 EL Wasser
1 Prise Salz

für den Belag:

250 g Gouda, mittelalt, gerieben
250 g gekochter Schinken (Alternative: kleine geschnittene Gemüse, z.B. Champignons, Paprika und Zwiebeln)
1/4 Liter Creme Fraiche
2 Eier
Salz & Pfeffer

Directions:
Directions:
Aus Mehl, Butter, Eigelb, Wasser, Backpulver und Salz einen Mürbeteig herstellen und in Folie gewickelt 1 Stunde kalt stellen.

Den Schinken in feine Würfel schneiden, mit dem Käse, Creme Fraiche und den Eiern vermischen. Mit Salz & Pfeffer würzen.

Eine gebutterte Form (Springform, Tarte- oder Auflaufform) mit dem Teig auslegen. Die Käsemasse einfüllen.

Bei 200 Grad 30-40 Minuten backen.

Dazu passt ein frischer, grüner Salat.
