10 large. potatoes
1 medium onion
6 slices bacon
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C hot milk
3 eggs,
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and finely grate potatoes and onion. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips, fry until brown. Pour bacon and fat over potatoes. Add hot milk, then add 3 beaten eggs, one at a time

Pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot with sour cream.
