Angie's Speedy Tortellini Soup Recipe

1 package Angie's Chicken Tortellini
2 tbl olive oil
2 med onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
4 tsp minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups frozen chopped spinach
1 cup frogen peas
4 tbl parmesan cheese
4 tbl prepared pesto

In a large saucepot, medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, carrots and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in tortellini and frozen peas.

Simmer 8 minutes. Stir in spinach, cheese, pesto, salt & pepper.

Simmer until heated through.
