4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tomato, chopped and seeded
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in a resealable plastic bag for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Grill or broil over high heat, about five minutes per side; chicken should be slightly undercooked. Place chicken in an 8x8 inch ovenproof baking dish and discard marinade. Sprinkle 1/4 of the tomatoes, green onions, and Cheddar cheese over each piece of chicken. Broil for 3-5 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
