1 loaf Rich's frozen bread dough
1 egg
Garlic and Italian seasoning
1/4 cp. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. thin sliced sandwich pepperoni
6 oz. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread 1 hr. at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Then let rise for 4 hours.
Spread dough out flat on greased 10x15 jelly roll pan. Beat egg and add Parmesan cheese, garlic and Ital. seasoning. Spread over dough.
Layer pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
beginning with long side, fold in thirds toward center, making one long loaf. Seal the ends and gently turn over to place the seam edge down.
Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 350 oven.

Luke got this recipe in 8th grade in home economics at Gunning Bedford. He has been making it ever since.
