3 cp. sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 cp. sugar
1 stick butter
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cp. canned evaporated milk

Topping:
1 cp. brown sugar
1 stick butter softened
1/2 cp. flour
1/2 cp. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and place in baking dish. (This amount is about an 8x8 dish). Combine topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 375 until bubbly.

When I make this for holidays, I double most everything, including topping and bake in 13x9 pan. Frank gets very annoyed if topping is not thick.
