4 cps. milk
3/4-1 cp. rice (not instant)
2 eggs
1/2-1 cp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and milk until rice is tender and milk thickened. Combine remaining ingredients and add to rice SLOWLY. Cook wit lid on until thickened.

This recipe is from Shelley Zenorini. She said to use non name brand rice because it tastes better.
