2 pkgs. Pioneer Country Gravy Mix
1- 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional 1/2 tsp onion flakes

Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli in water fro about 10 minutes. Drain. Prepare gravy mix as directed plus about 1/2 cup more water. Add butter, milk, canned soup, and cubed Velvetta cheese. Stir constantly. Add more water for the right soupy consistancey.
