Nina DeJohn Hey Jeff, it's so easy. Just grab a few tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then put them in ice water to cool off. Then peel them and deseed them. Chop them up. Sautee some onions and garlic,(don't let the garlic brown) until tender. Add fresh chopped basil and chopped tomatoes, cook and simmer about 10 minutes. That's it, really easy and fresh. Grandmas recipe for the family Sauce, is simmered for hours on the stove, this is really fresh and good.
