1 c sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 c flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:

Mix sour cream and baking soda together and set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, Beat well. Add vanilla. Combine flour baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan. Mix together topping sugars, cinnamon and nuts. Cut mixture into batter in pan, reserving some to sprinkle on top. Bake in 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and done in center.
