1 lb, ground beef or turkey
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups mixed peppers (red, yellow, orange and/or green)
2 cloves garlic--minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1-15oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups instant white or brown rice or 1 1/12 cups cooked rice
(I tried using raw rice & cooking it in the oven--it doesn't work)
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups grated cheese of your choice

Directions:
Brown meat until no longer pink. Add onions, peppers, garlic until veggies are tender. Season w/salt & pepper.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce & Italian seasoning.
Add in 1 cup of grated cheese.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 dish.
Top with tomato sauce & remainder of grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.

I got this recipe from a grocery store. We loved stuffed peppers but this was a little easier to me.
