2 T. oil
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1-1/2 c. sugar (use your own judgement/full content pretty sweet)
3/4 c. dark vinegar
2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
2 t. accent
1 T. (rounded) mustard
1 box pasta-I like Rotini or Bowtie (16 oz. box or a little more)
Diced red onion
sliced green olives
cucumbers
tomatoes
peppers (I like yellow or red)
Whatever veggie you have - can add pepperoni!!

Directions:

Mix oil and seasonings and let set.
Bring to boil, sugar, vinegar, garlic, salt accent & mustard. Let cool.
Cook box of pasta, per directions. Drain, cool.
When boiled mixture has cooled, add to cooked pasta, oil & spices. Refrigerate. Great to do the night before to let flavors blend, but then I wait till just 30 minutes or so before serving to add all the veggies.
