1kg de carne de cotlet fara os,
200 g cascaval feliat,
100 g kaiser felii,
sare,
piper,
cimbru maruntit
2 linguri mustar,
1/2 lingurita usturoi granule,
2 foi de dafin maruntite
100 ml apa,
2-3 linguri ulei de masline.

Se leaga cotletul sa stea bine strans cu ata de bucatarie (se trece ata de-a lungul cotletului apoi se trece pe grosimea cotletului la diferenta de circa 5 cm).

Se face cate o crestatura in cotlet la o diferenta de circa 5 cm si se pune la fiecare crestatura o felie de kaiser si una de cascaval. Se umplu crestaturile cu cascaval si kaiser. Intr-un pahar se face un amestec cu apa mustarul si condimentele, apoi se etaleaza pe intregimea cotletului.

Se baga la cuptor si se lasa circa 40 min.
