1 1/2 cups pecans
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Spray large baking sheet with non stick spray.
Stir pecans and oil in medium bowl.
Mix sugar, cayenne pepper and salt in another small bowl. Add to pecan mixture and toss to coat.
Scatter on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes and stir occasionally.
