1/2 C. fresh lemon juice
3/4 C. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, dried and crushed

Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake well. Makes 1 1/4 C. This is a great marinade for all meat and fish. Adds flavor and juiciness.
