12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 C. fresh orange juice, apple cider or pomegranate juice
3/4 C. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
1 stick cinnamon
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan combine the cranberries, juice, sugar, zest, cinnamon stick and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickened and all the berries have burst. About 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, let cool and remove and discard the cinnamon stick. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Bring to room temperatures before serving.
