1/2 lb. sausage meat
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble fry sausage meat and cayenne pepper in frying pan. Drain off fat. Add cheese. Stir until it melts.

Stir in biscuit mix. Remove from. Shape into 1" balls. Place about 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 400ºF for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 32 balls.

These freeze well. To reheat frozen balls, heat in 325ºF for 10 minutes until hot.
