3 c. flour
3 eggs
4 c. diced apples (tart are best)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Pour into lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
