1 13 oz. can Carnation milk – chilled
1 3 oz. pkg Lemon Jello
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1/3 cup honey
1/8 tsp salt
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
Nabisco sugar wafer crumbs (probably need about 2/3 of box)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, then add honey, salt and lemon juice and grated rind into jello. Let cool until syrupy. Whip milk real stiff, then blend in syrup a small amount at a time. Make a layer of crushed wafers in a 9 x 13” pan. Pour the lemon mixture over the crushed wafers, then put a layer of wafers on top. Chill until set.
