Sour Cream Enchiladas from Mary Ellen

1 dozen flour tortillas
1 chicken cooked and diced (or about 2 cups)
1 pt sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 or 2 cans green chilies
1 bunch green onions - chopped
1 lb. Grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. Grated jack cheese

Mix 2 cheeses and set aside. Mix chicken, sour cream, soup, milk, chilies and onion. Take 13 x 9" pan and put a little sauce in bottom. Take tortillas and soften in hot water for a couple seconds. Put a spoonful of sauce on the tortillas and then cheese. Roll up and put seam side down in pan. Pour left over sauce and cheese over the top. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
