12 Eggs
2 lbs. Brown Sugar
4 cups White Sugar
1 tbls. Syrup (white or dark)
1 tbls. Vanilla
8 tsp. Soda
1 lb. Butter or Margarine - melted
3 lbs. Crunchy Peanut Butter (this is a 28 oz. Jar + 18 oz. Jar + ¼ cup)
18 cups Oatmeal (this is a 42 oz. Box plus 2 cups)
1 lb M&Ms (I usually use more because we like a lot of M&Ms)
1 lb Chocolate Chips (I usually use more because we like a lot of chocolate)
Directions:

Mix eggs, sugars, syrup, butter and vanilla.. Add the soda and mix in well.
Mix in the peanut butter and then the oatmeal followed by the M&Ms and Chocolate Chips.

You might want to do a test cookie because sometimes you will need some additional oatmeal if they do not set up well. I think it has something to do with the peanut butter.

Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 9 – 10 dozen.
