1 lb Veal Scallopine
2-3 slice of Swiss Cheese (Deli Slices)
4-6 slices of Ham (Deli Ham)
2/ 3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oil
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet.

Take one slice of Veal Scallopine and place a piece of ham and 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese and roll together. Secure with toothpicks so that they don't come apart.

Dip veal rolls in flour, egg, then breadcrumb. Place in oil until golden brown and veal is cooked through. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
