5 c. potatoes
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. slice of ham

Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered baking dish put about 1/3 of the thinly sliced potatoes, butter, flour and salt. Prepare other two layers in the same manner until all ingredients are used. Add the milk. Cut the slice of ham around edges to prevent curling. Place on top of potatoes. Bake at 400º for one hour.
