20 whole fresh Jalapeņos, 3 inches in size
2 8 ox cubes of cream cheese, softened
1 lb of regular bacon, sliced into thirds
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jalapeņos in half length-wise, remove seeds and membrane. Smear softened cheese into each half. Wrap each pepper with bacon piece. Secure with toothpick in middle.
Put onto sheet with wire rack. BAck in 375 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve at room temperature.
