1 angle food cake broken into pieces
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup ( I use a little more) cool whip
Mix together and pour over angel food cake and then fold in raspberries or any other kind of fruit you like - can be fresh or frozen
Put in a 9x13 pan and cover and let set in the fridge for a few hours
It is easy ...little and very good
Top with a few extra fruit.
