Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pounds beef chuck roast ( I buy the sirloin tip whole from Costco)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 bay leaves
1 cup soy sauce
6 cups water

Place roast in slow cooker. Season with garlic and rosemary and add bay leaves. Pour in soy sauce and water. Cook on Low setting for 6 to 10 hours. Unlike most roasts, the longer it cooks, the better.

Place on a bun and top with a slice of Swiss cheese. I eat it with horseradish.

Personal Notes:
This is so delicious and can stay on top of the counter top in the crock pot until its all gone. I love making it for the weekend if I want the day off from cooking and rather be gardening:) It is made most weekends during the summer.
